Disc Springs
We offer Disc springs as per DIN 2093, American inch standard and specials as per customer specific requirements. Gala is one of the few companies in the world adhering to these demanding standards. Within following groups of DIN 2093, standard sizes as per series A, B and C are available.
Standard disc spring material is 51CrV4 but can also be supplied in other materials such as stainless steel, high temperature steels, Inconel, nimonic and others. Options on surface treatments also available.
Gala Bearing Series Disc Springs are specially designed as preloading springs for use with radial ball bearings. They help maintain positioning accuracy of the bearing with no end play. They also minimise vibration and shaft deflection. Proper preloading will increase bearing rigidly and eliminate excessive running noise. This ensures backlash compensation for ball bearings.
Considering the worldwide trend of real time deliveries, Gala has set up a modern manufacturing system supported by high raw material stocks. Coupled with multi-cavity toolings and lean manufacturing systems, this results into faster deliveries.
Strip Springs
Gala provides an extensive range of springs for Indian as well as Global OEMs in Automotive, Off Highway Vehicles, Power Equipments and Wind Turbines from its TS16949 certified plants. Exports to 25 countries including Germany, Italy, USA, Switzerland, Brazil, China, Singapore and Finland contributes 60%+ of company's sales.
Gala provides Strip Springs for high fatigue applications in two wheelers, four wheelers and off-highway vehicles.

With more than 3 decades of experience in springs design, manufacturing and application engineering, we offer Springs for critical applications in engineering, power, automotive sectors and off-highway vehicles.
We have mastered processing variety of spring steel and stainless steel materials by understanding material behavior, requirement of Heat treatment processes based on material grade and intended application to achieve high fatigue life.
More than 50% of Raw Material is imported from Germany, Japan, Korea, Belgium etc. from OEM approved sources.
